Experience and Focus
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.
Much of my work is with first-generation professional children of immigrants who know the weight of navigating two cultures – balancing family loyalty, cultural expectations, and their own well-being.
My Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method – always with cultural sensitivity.
When it matters to you, I also integrate a faith-affirming perspective. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and able to connect the dots in ways they hadn’t before.
Honoring Your Whole Story
As both a clinician and someone who has lived between two worlds, I understand how deeply culture, family, and faith shape who we are.
My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to choose between honoring your roots and caring for yourself – you can do both.
Beyond the Therapy Room
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my kids, hiking outdoors, or enjoying a good cup of coffee with friends and family.
Like many of my clients, life is full and busy – and I know how important it is to find space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

Experience and Focus
Parenting can be both deeply rewarding and overwhelming. I specialize in working with parents and children ages 3-8 to strengthen their bond and reduce conflict.
Many families come to me feeling disconnected, weighed down by stress, or unsure how to respond when their child is defiant, anxious, or struggling with big emotions.
My Approach
In our work together, parents and children participate in therapy as a team.
I draw on Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Watch, Wait, and Wonder, and child-centered play therapy to build trust, connection, and healthier patterns of communication.
Parents leave with tools to guide their children with more confidence and less guilt, while children leave feeling closer, calmer, and more secure.
Focusing on Your Family
As a mom myself, I know how hard it can be to find connection in the middle of daily chaos.
My mission is to create a supportive space where both parents and children feel understood, valued, and safe – a place where families can experience more joy, closeness, and peace at home.
Beyond the Therapy Room
When I’m not working with families, I love spending time with my own kids and finding small moments of calm and connection in the middle of a busy life.
I understand firsthand how much parents carry – and how important it is to have the right support along the way.
