Individual Therapy

Life looks “okay” on the outside, but feels heavy inside.
Perhaps you are capable, responsible, and emotionally aware but feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck.
You may be carrying guilt, family expectations, relationship stress, or unresolved pain from earlier seasons of your life.
At this moment, you are at a breaking point due to a relationship conflict, burnout, a sense of emptiness, or the realization that something needs to change.
If you’re questioning your reactions, feeling emotionally exhausted, or quietly wondering “Why does this still affect me?” you’re not alone. I work with adults who want clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
What is individual therapy like?
Individual therapy is a calm, thoughtful space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. Sessions are conversational and collaborative. We move at a pace that feels safe and respectful, not rushed or forced.
This isn’t therapy you see on TV. There’s no pressure to relive everything at once or be told what to do. Instead, we focus on understanding what’s happening internally and how it connects to your relationships, history, and current stressors.
Together, we explore patterns – emotional, relational, and internal – that may have developed long before you were aware of them. I integrate attachment-based and relational approaches to help you understand why certain situations feel intense, why old wounds resurface, and how to respond differently without losing yourself.
Over time, many clients experience greater emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, reduced guilt, and a stronger sense of self-trust.

Therapy offers benefits to individuals.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change, individual therapy can help you find he answers and make the changes you need and deserve.
I invite you to reach out for a brief consultation to talk about what’s bringing you in and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Take the first step toward clarity.
