Azul Kindness Individual and Family Therapy can be found at the following address:

1490 North Claremont Boulevard,
Suite 202
Claremont, CA 91711

We also offer secure online sessions for clients anywhere in California.

Where do I park?

Our office is easy to reach by car. Free parking is available in the lot outside the building.

What are your office hours?

We offer daytime and some evening appointments to make therapy more accessible to busy professionals and parents.

How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes.

For parent–child or couples work, sessions may be slightly longer when needed.

How do I get started?

Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation by calling us at (442) 229-6579 or submitting a request through the form at the bottom of this page.

This gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk about what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept certain insurance plans and also offer private pay.

If you’re unsure, we’ll help you check your coverage.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Of course. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

With whom do you work?

We work with individuals, couples, and families.

Many of our clients are first-generation professionals and children of immigrants who are balancing culture, family, and identity. We also specialize in therapy for children aged 3–8 and their parents.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance to get to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and your hopes. You don’t have to share everything at once; we’ll move at your pace.

What is therapy like with you?

Clients describe therapy at Azul Kindness as warm, safe, and practical.

We’ll explore the deeper roots of your struggles while also giving you tools you can use right away to manage stress, set boundaries, and improve relationships.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

Every client is different. Some come for a few months to work on a specific challenge. Others stay longer for deeper healing. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.

Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds?

Yes. We specialize in working with first-generation clients, bilingual families, and people of faith — and we welcome individuals and families from all backgrounds, cultures, and religions.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is private, except in rare cases where safety or law requires disclosure (for example, risk of harm).

Do I have to lie on a couch?

Nope! You’ll sit in a comfortable chair… and we’ll never make you do anything that feels awkward.

Should I wear waterproof mascara?

It’s up to you. Tears are normal here… and always welcome.

Cats or dogs?

We love both. Pets are healers, too!
